This includes your email address (used strictly for internal verification and management, never visible publicly) and your phone numbers for WhatsApp and Telegram (which are displayed publicly to enable contact). When accessing our website, server log files (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) are automatically collected by our hosting providers.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
The processing of your contact details is done solely for the purpose of presenting your real estate offer on SubiloYa, allowing potential buyers or tenants to contact you directly via WhatsApp or Telegram, processing agent subscription payments, and maintaining platform security.
4. Third-Party Disclosures & Data Transfers
To provide our services, we cooperate with the following third parties: (1) Hosting & Database: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Supabase Inc. (database, hosted on secure servers in São Paulo, Brazil, to ensure data proximity for users in Paraguay). (2) Payment Processing: Stripe Inc. and PayPal Inc. (only when subscribing to our paid agent plans). The respective privacy policies of these payment providers apply. (3) Email Delivery: Resend Inc. (for sending verification links and system notifications).
5. Cookies & Custom Analytics (No Third-Party Tracking)
